The Noble Alumni Career Office has recently wrapped up their third annual Winter Externship Program. This year’s competitive program was the largest yet, providing 115 Noble alumni who are currently enrolled in college the opportunity to gain exposure and relevant experience in their field of interest, across 60+ different employer partners. All externs were matched with a company for up to a week where they shadowed hosts, worked on projects, and networked with professionals.

Alumni Winter Externship Testimonials

Through this externship, I was able to overcome my sense of impostor syndrome by doing work that was rather difficult and not giving up throughout the process.

This gave a whole new perspective and now I’m interested in advertising. I took the advice of one of the hosts and took a 3D modeling course!

Before the externship, I didn’t consider what I was learning in college to apply to my future professional career; however, after the externship, the programs that I learned then are being touched on in class.  This helped me realize that the work I’m putting in is not in vain and is preparing me for a successful career.

Employer Winter Externship Testimonials

We loved participating in the 2020 externship program! It was easy to sign up, the expectations/logistics of the program were clear and easy to follow. Our extern arrived prepared and professional.

Paonessa Talent

Our extern met my expectations for punctuality, professionalism, humility and eagerness to learn. I appreciate the matching process for placing him with College Board.

We were very impressed with how much the externs knew about 8th Light. They mentioned how they did prior research on the company. I recommend to keep doing this to help the externs get familiar with us before their arrival.
