About – Cynthia Escobedo
Born and raised in the south west side of Chicago. As a UIC College Prep alumni, she is here to support Chicago youth in envisioning their dreams regardless of their zip code. She is the oldest to immigrant parents and a first generation college student. Her blood is fueled with the sweat and tears of her ancestral lineage. She is here to occupy space and be her authentic self. She is most excited to continue learning from our firecats and community.
