About – Nathaniel Thomas
Hi, His name is Nathaniel Thomas Jr, and He’s pursing his Masters of Social Work with a concentration in School Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University. The upcoming school year will be his last year of Grad school and He’s excited for his internship with UICCP. He chose UICCP because He truly support their values, multi-generational approach, and investment in their students. As someone who grew up in Chicago, he knows the importance of having great schools in communities and the impact they can have on students, which influenced his career path. One of his favorite trips has been to New Orleans and He’s been back three times!!! He loved the vibes of New Orleans and their Southern Style food was some of the best He’s ever had! He enjoys reading poetry and books about crimes/mystery so He can investigate myself. His favorite high school memory was Volleyball Senior Night because our team ended undefeated and his prom proposal went well. He’s most excited to build relationships with the staff to support the students in accomplishing their goals and pursing their aspirations.
