Students failing to satisfy the semester 1 benchmark by 4pm on Friday, Jan. 11, 2019, will be required to make up the semester 1 requirement in night school or summer school at a cost of $70.

*Note that all senior hours are due by the end of semester 1

Students failing to satisfy the semester 2 benchmark by 4pm on Friday, June 7, 2019, will not be promoted to the next grade level unless hours are made up in summer school at a cost of $70.

Students must have all their hours signed off on by a site supervisor when they serve. These sheets MUST be turned in within seven calendar days of service. Below is a list of all the community service forms needed:

2018-19 Approved Community Service Site List
Pre-approval Site Letter – for a site that is NOT on our approval list.
2018-19 Community Service Documentation form – to be taken with the student at all community service events
