Running Against Yourself

Description: In this enrichment, scholars will set personal running goals for spring 2021 based on current physical fitness and long-term goals. We will discuss healthy habits including stretching, hydration, sleep and reducing stress and their impacts on our physical performance. Scholars will set an individual running goal and map out a plan to achieve that goal by the end of this course. During our time together, we will spend time working out, tracking progress towards our goals, problem solving, and giving feedback and encouragement to one another!

Open To: All Grade Levels (6-12)
