About – Anthony Briscoe

Tony Briscoe is the Sr. Director of Information Technology for the Noble Schools, a public charter school network in Chicago, IL. Tony started working for Noble in 2010 as an IT Support Specialist and progressed through seven titles, including his current role. He is a Northern Illinois University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Instructional Technology, Training, and Evaluation.

Tony holds certifications in Security+ and Certified in Cybersecurity. Along with mentoring via LinkedIn, he is a mentor for the Canadian organization Black Professionals in Tech Network (BPTN). His role is to assist aspiring young professionals in navigating their careers and life in corporate.

His passion for people has empowered him to be a dynamic leader in his organization. By leading with heart and dignity, he manages the most prominent team in his organization, overseeing IT operations, budgetary, security awareness, infrastructure, and team management.

He is a gifted spoken word artist, emcee, author, show host, and aspiring publisher. Tony is a founding member of the nationally known CHAMPS Male Mentoring program and is passionate about the education, empowerment, and exposure of Black and Brown boys to all things technology.
