Audrienna Lampkins
Noble Support Team
Ms. Audrienna Lampkins — an educator, coach, and mom passionate about creating spaces where students and leaders can thrive. For over a decade, I’ve worked at Noble, leading everything from school operations to network-wide student experience strategy. Currently, I serve as the Assistant Director of Student Experience at Noble, where I support 17 campuses in developing stronger systems for student belonging, retention, enrichment, and advisory. Before this role, I served as an interim principal and held other leadership positions at The Noble Academy, including Assistant Principal of Operations and Founding Dean of Culture. Along the way, I’ve led significant change efforts, managed budgets, and supported teams in reaching ambitious goals—all while staying grounded in servant leadership.
I earned my Master’s in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University, and I am certified in Organizational & Leadership Coaching. I believe deeply in paying it forward, and I’m excited to mentor others on their leadership path. When I’m not working, I’m with my daughter, Autumn Skye—my greatest teacher! I also love cooking, painting, and dancing whenever I get the chance.
