Carla is a social butterfly. She is driven by bringing people joy and finding ways to enrich other people’s lives. Carla is very happy when she is outside taking a walk, either with a good friend for a good chat, or her dog, Chapo. Carla enjoys making people laugh, because she likes to laugh in return. Building community is one of Carla’s greatest strengths. When it comes to helping people connect, Carla is the person to go to. She will make sure that everyone feels included because she believes that everyone’s voice should be heard. From being a voice for those who can’t use theirs, to encouraging others to stand up for what they believe, Carla sees the value in people’s perspectives. Carla works hard on everything she does. The fun is important, but when work needs to get done, she is the person you want on your team to get things done with excellence.
