About – Gina Lawrence

Gina Lawrence leads Noble’s commercial contract strategy as Associate General Counsel. She joined Noble in 2020 and has served as a DLF mentor each year of her tenure. Prior to joining Noble, she worked at the global law firms of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Jenner & Block LLP and advised senior leaders of Fortune 100 companies on financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions. Gina was born in Kingston, Jamaica and emigrated to the U.S. as a pre-teen. She has called Chicago her adopted home since then, despite never getting used to the winters. She is the first attorney in her family and is deeply committed to supporting others as they reach for their dreams. She studied African American Studies and Psychology at Northwestern University, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
