Jasmine Stratton
Director of Safety & Security
About – Jasmine Stratton
Jasmine Stratton is the Director of Safety and Security for Noble. She is beginning her eighth year with Noble Schools and her fourteenth year in education. Stratton was a founding member of Butler College Prep as a teacher, grade level lead and coach. While a member of the Lynx family, she was the Dean of Culture and Assistant Principal. Although rewarding work, her most coveted title is mom. Jasmine and her partner Dennis (Noble educator) have two sons; Deangelo (Noble alum) and Azai (true head of the household).
Jasmine is a true southerner and stayed in her hometown, Memphis, TN., to receive her bachelor’s degree from Christian Brothers University. She moved to Chicago to pursue her law degree, but switched lanes and received her M.Ed. from DePaul University instead. That pivot continues to be one of the best decisions of her life.
Stratton is passionate about ensuring safe and supported environments for staff and students and is honored to be a member of Team Operations for Noble Schools. This work allows her to not only collaborate with campus leaders across Noble, but with various educational partners across Chicago as well. She gets excited about the ways in which she can help Noble continue to grow and expand as she learns more about how to keep us all safe.
