Jillian Carew
Noble Support Team
Jillian is committed to ensuring all students have access to opportunity. She taught grades 3 (TFA in Vegas), 9 (MCP & JCP), and 11 (JCP) before going on to serve as a DoS (JCP), AP (UCCS), and eventually principal (CICS). During her time as a school leader, she secured more than a half million dollars to personalize learning and dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline by creating a pathway to college for all kids.
In her current role, she serves in the capacity of ensuring our greatest at-promise young people connected to guns, gangs, drugs and/or the court system get the support they need to survive the streets of Chicago and thrive in their great city.
With nearly two decades of experience in education, she started her own education consulting firm, InnerG Unlmtd LLC. As an InnerG Curator, she helps people and teams cultivate their InnerGreatness through leadership coaching, workshops, and motivational speaking. Her strategy focuses on confidence building, strategic planning, and effective coaching cycles, which empower others to transform their work and ultimately their life.
Jillian earned a BA from the U of I @ Urbana-Champaign and a MAT from UNLV.
She loves Jesus and gym shoes; and enjoys traveling the world!
