Jonas began his career at Muchin College Prep, where he quickly distinguished himself as a leader committed to student success. His passion for school transformation led him into principalship, where he developed expertise in leading schools through critical transitions. Over the years, he has built school cultures in Philadelphia and Memphis rooted in accountability, love, and transformational relationships. Under his leadership, schools have consistently improved student achievement outcomes, strengthened staff collaboration, and developed innovative programs such as the Diamond Speaker Series, which connects young women with accomplished professional role models.
