Julian Kidd (JKidd) began his career at Noble on June 22, 2011, as a technology manager. His leadership propelled him to his current role as Senior Director of IT and Cyber Operations. He is an accomplished technology leader, renowned for his expertise in managing expansive, geographically dispersed teams and large-scale projects, including construction, technology implementation, marketing, software development, and unified communications.

JKidd possesses a robust skillset encompassing cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, budget optimization, mentorship, team building, instruction, enterprise infrastructure management, and operational strategies. His background in operations is complemented by an innate talent for conceptualizing and developing innovative strategies to bridge the technological divide in urban communities, fostering greater digital inclusion.
