Noble Support Team (NST)

Kevin McLurkin was born and raised on the southside of Chicago. He earned his Bachelor’s in African American Studies and Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2019. For the past four years, he’s been an Alumni Success Coach at the Noble Network of Charter Schools. He is driven by his goal to show students that higher education is the key to success. He also has a profound commitment to social justice, advocating tirelessly for causes that resonate with his values. He is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., where he continues to make an impact on his community.  What truly excites Kevin is forming connections with students who share his background. Ultimately, Kevin’s overarching goal is to effect systemic changes within colleges, creating environments that empower black and brown students to successfully graduate from four-year institutions. Kevin’s journey is defined by a commitment to education and a genuine desire to inspire others. His other interests include music management, travel, and fantasy football.
