About – Sbeydi Gonzalez

Sbeydi Gonzalez was born and raised in the South Side of Chicago. She is a Founding Alum of Noble’s Muchin College Prep Campus and a first generation college graduate from Knox College. She understands the struggle and importance of consistency and loyalty.  Her first year teaching at Muchin College Prep, she was awarded the student-selected Teacher of the Year 2017-2018.  School year 2021-2022 is her 5th year sharing her passion for teaching, coaching sports, and mentoring Enrichments. Sbeydi is excited to incorporate  the Study Abroad Immersive Program to her classroom. Her scholars will experience highly-valued skills such as intercultural communication, self-love, foreign languages, adaptability, and problem-solving. She shares her desire to be better and do better. She is grateful for her family’s support, hard work, and love as she pursues her career and education. Sbeydi is honored and excited to begin her journey with the Diverse Leaders Fellowship Program.
