HIRING PROCESS

Setting our candidates up for success is a guiding principle for us at Noble. So we took the mystery out of interviewing by providing clear steps and materials that allow candidates to prepare ahead of time for their interviews. While interview processes vary slightly by hiring manager and by the kind of role you are applying to, our general process is reflected in the steps below.

  1. Submit application
  2. Conduct phone interview with a recruiter
  3. Conduct phone interview with campus hiring managers
  4. Complete an in-person teaching demo and debrief (teachers) OR a performance task and debrief (leaders)*.
  5. Reference check
  6. Offer

*Support roles do not typically require a performance task.
