Meet Our Principal

Meet Our Principal -Miracle Moss

As a proud South Side Chicago native raised in the Englewood community, I am deeply committed to the work of serving and uplifting our youth. My educational journey began at Lewis University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I went on to complete a Master of Science in Education in Curriculum & Instructional Leadership at Chicago State University, and most recently, a second Master’s in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University.

My career at Noble began in 2014 as the Dean of Students at Rowe-Clark Math & Science Academy. I proudly served in that role for three years before becoming the Director of Student Support. Two years later, I transitioned into the role of Assistant Principal of Culture, where I had the privilege of leading both the Dean of Students and the Dean of Discipline. In 2021, I stepped into my greatest professional honor—serving as the Principal of Rowe-Clark Math & Science Academy.

I am the mother of three beautiful girls, one of whom graduated from Rowe-Clark in 2021 and now attends the University of Oregon on an academic and athletic scholarship. My passion for education and community is strengthened by my experiences not only as a principal, but also as a co-advisor, dance instructor, adjunct college professor, and mother. I firmly believe that children cannot be what they do not see, and I strive to embody the leadership, resilience, and joy I want for every scholar who walks our halls.

At Rowe-Clark, I am committed to expanding opportunities that prepare students for college, careers, and leadership. This work includes launching our Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment programming, which allows students to earn real college credit while experiencing a collegiate environment firsthand. We continue to push our college initiatives forward through our annual HBCU trip for juniors and our principal-led college tours open to all grade levels. These experiences expose scholars to the possibilities that await them and reinforce our belief that they deserve a seat at every table.

I am excited and deeply dedicated to continuing this work as I leave a lasting imprint on the next generation of leaders. Each day, I remind our scholars and staff that we are called to “lead from the front, not the back.” Together, we will continue building a school community that reflects excellence, opportunity, and pride.
