Professional career development for Noble Alumni
Teacher Pathways Initiative

Luis Ciriaco
Luis, a 2021 graduate of ITW David Speer Academy, went on to study English at Emory University. After earning his degree, he knew he wanted to continue making an impact in education. Through the Alumni Career Office, Luis learned about the Teacher Pathways Initiative and gained hands-on experience as a Summer Teacher Assistant at Rauner College Prep. This opportunity opened the door for him to join Noble as a paraprofessional, officially launching his career in education. Looking ahead, Luis plans to pursue his master’s in education through Noble’s Relay GSE program as he continues to build his teaching career and inspire future generations.
