March Community Newsletter: March To The Polls, Parent Leadership Worksop 2, and MORE!
View this email in your browser

Hi Noble,

This week, more than 1,000 Noble students reached important milestones: registering to vote and casting their ballot for the very first time.

During two days of our March to the Polls events, students from campuses across Chicago came together to participate in the democratic process. For so many of our students, this was a powerful first step in civic life. It was an opportunity to see that their voices, experiences, and perspectives matter in shaping the future of our communities and our country.

At Noble, preparing students for choice-filled lives means ensuring they are ready for college and careers, and ready to engage as active members of their communities. March to the Polls brings that commitment to life, helping our students step into their role as civic leaders.

We are incredibly proud of our students for embracing this responsibility and grateful to our partners at Chicago Votes, as well as the staff and volunteers who helped to make this experience possible. Take a look at this story on WBBM, and follow Noble Schools on social media for more highlights from this inspiring milestone.

Much Love,

Brenda

JUNIOR COLLEGE FAIR RECAP

Last week, Noble Schools hosted its 17th Annual Junior College Fair at McCormick Place, bringing together 2,700 juniors for a powerful day of college exploration.

We welcomed more than 130 colleges and programs, giving students the opportunity to ask questions, gather resources, and envision what their senior year and life after high school could look like. Experiences like this make college feel tangible. They spark curiosity, build confidence, and help students take meaningful steps toward their future.

The energy in the room was undeniable, with special performances from the JCP Marching Band and the Muchin Majorettes, who helped set the tone for a celebratory and inspiring day.

In addition to meeting with college representatives, students participated in breakout sessions such as:

  • A Day in the Life of a Student Athlete

  • Why Choose a Liberal Arts College?

  • The HBCU Experience

We are deeply grateful to our campus staff, NST volunteers, and the College Team for making this annual tradition possible. Their commitment ensures our students have access to transformative opportunities that bring their postsecondary goals to life.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS SPRINGFIELD VAN TRIP

Last month, CEO Brenda Cora traveled to Springfield alongside members of the Noble community to meet with 20 legislators. Together, they shared their personal Noble stories and advocated for increased K–12 funding and continued support for charter public schools.

Those who joined the visit included:

• Marilyn Burns, Pritzker staff member and Noble alumni parent

• Yadira Trinidad Dela Cruz, Masueto parent

• Ramon Fulgencio, Rauner College Prep alumnus

• Janeen Boyce, The Noble Academy parent

• Dominique Flowers, The Noble Academy staff member

MARCH TO THE POLLS WITH NOBLE SCHOOLS

These last few days have been filled with hype, energy, and excitement from teens voting for the first time! 🗳️✨

In partnership with Chicago Votes, we took 1,000+ Noble seniors downtown to cast their ballots. This moment has been a long time coming. A special shoutout to Noble’s Government & Community Affairs team for spearheading this effort and making it possible.

From the march to the polls to celebrating students after they voted, the energy was real. We hope this experience inspires, encourages, and empowers young people to understand the power of their vote. 🙌🏾

If you don’t have a plan to vote in this upcoming primary election, make one!
