Erika Nicole, a passionate educator, community practitioner, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience. She has dedicated her life and career to being a voice for underrepresented youth, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities needed to pursue their dreams. In addition to her work in education and community advocacy, Erika is a devoted church member, finding strength and inspiration from her faith. Even as an entrepreneur, she empowers others through her ventures and fosters economic growth in her community. She is also a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where she continues to uplift and support women and children in various endeavors. Above all, she cherishes being a mother, instilling values of resilience, compassion, and determination even in her own children.  Erika is most looking forward to joining the fellowship to amplify her impact and connect with like-minded peers who share her passion for uplifting our underrepresented youth. She sees this fellowship as an opportunity to collaborate, learn, and innovate, furthering her mission to create positive change in her community and beyond.
