Gary Comer College Prep

Raeven Funnye, a proud South Side Chicago native, is a graduate of Gary Comer College Prep and Jackson State University, where she studied Health Care Administration and deepened her passion for dance and social justice. Now serving as a Culture Specialist at her Noble campus, Raeven centers her work on equity, student advocacy, and the transformative power of exposure. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education with a focus on equity-centered leadership at Tulane University. Raeven is committed to empowering students of color through intentional community building and culturally responsive leadership.
