As Chief College Officer, Sarah MacCallum sets the vision and strategy for Noble’s College Team, encompassing the Summer of a Lifetime, College Access, Alumni Supports, and Alumni Career Teams. Sarah has spent over a decade at Noble, beginning her journey in 2011 as an AmeriCorps member at UIC College Prep and progressing through roles as College Counselor, Director of College Counseling at The Noble Academy, and Senior Director of College Counseling on the Noble Support Team before stepping into the Chief College Officer role. Throughout her tenure, she has built systems and tools that have shaped Noble’s approach to college access and success. A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Sarah is passionate about advancing equity and multigenerational change by ensuring all students have the support and resources they need to complete college and lead choice-filled lives.
