TALENT PATHWAYS
Expand your skillsets at Noble through our leadership programs.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
In addition to school-based and network-wide instructional professional development opportunities, Noble’s Talent Pathways are leadership development programs designed for Noble employees who are looking to expand their skill sets. In 2020, more than 100 employees representing all 18 of our campuses participated in Talent Pathways. These programs are Diverse Leaders Fellowship, Management Accelerator, Teacher Leader Program, and Distinguished Teacher.
See below to learn more about each program.
DIVERSE LEADERS FELLOWSHIP
Designed to invest in emerging leaders of color
Diverse Leaders at Noble have the opportunity to participate in a unique leadership program that combines in-person training with mentorship and access to senior leaders. Fellows prepare for leadership positions in the Network by shadowing senior leaders to better understand Network operations at the highest level. They also take a deep dive into leadership topics and receive 1:1 mentoring from a Noble leader of color.
THE NOBLE PRINCIPAL FELLOWSHIP
Designed to expose and develop high-performing individuals with the skills and competencies necessary to run a Noble campus.
The Fellowship is a one-year, cohort-based Principal exposure and development program. Throughout the year, Fellows engage in learning sessions and school visits facilitated by Noble’s senior leaders and external partners
MANAGEMENT ACCELERATOR
Designed to provide employees with skills to effectively manage teams
Management Accelerator participants develop their management skills with support from in-person seminars, collaborative problem solving, and case study analysis. Program participants are experienced staff who have achieved great results, led a team, and are interested in broadening their impact through management and leadership training.
TEACHER LEADER PROGRAM
Designed to provide teachers with management and leadership skills
Noble’s Teacher Leader Program is an eight month cohort-based blended learning program for Noble teachers who are passionate about staying in the classroom, but who are interested in sharpening their management and leadership skills in support of Noble’s new vision.
