Noble Schools staff all gathered for one more day of professional development right before the winter break. Teams across all 18 campuses and the Noble Support Team met up to discuss the first 5 months of the school year, develop their skills, and wrap up this year together.

In the all-staff opening session for this day of PD, our CEO Constance Jones spoke to the struggles our staff have had in the schools with the switch to the Noble Community Pact. She also talked about how leadership will be providing better support.

We will not ‘wait out’ the pandemic or accept the ‘changing landscape of schools across the country’ as the landscape of Noble Schools. We choose a different path. I truly believe our deep sense of responsibility to those we serve, that drive for continuous improvement, is what makes Noble special,” Jones said, “our students don’t have time to wait, and our students and our staff deserve better. So we keep working, we keep listening to our teachers, our parents, and our students, and we continue to be responsive to the needs of our Noble family.”
