Alumni Career Office
Professional career development for Noble Alumni
Our Team

Eric Rapp, Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships
Eric has spent the last 25 years helping students and families navigate institutions of higher education steeped in economic and academic inequity. Eric has served in a variety of roles at Noble over the past 15 years. Before starting Noble Forward, and becoming the Director of Alumni Careers, he was the Director of College Partnerships where he supported the college teams across all Noble campuses. Prior to that he founded the college access program at Noble’s first expansion campus. Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from John Carroll University and his Masters in School Leadership from Columbia University’s Teachers College.
Daisy Bermudez, Assistant Director of Alumni Careers
Daisy earned her bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University. She began her professional career at The Noble Academy as a college counselor where she worked with hundreds of students as they navigated their college process. She took a brief hiatus from the Noble world to work at a nonprofit organization that focuses on preparing students in colleges for strong first jobs. Daisy is passionate about supporting her community and hopes to give alumni the tools to be self-advocates, leaders, and life-long learners who pursue incredible opportunities.

Isaiah Martinez, Manager of Alumni Careers
Isaiah earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Communication from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2017. Over the last 7 years he has served in a few different roles at Noble Schools as a college counselor and alumni success coach. Isaiah is also an MBA candidate at the School of Business and Leadership at National Louis University. Through continued education, he hopes to continue to support Noble Alumni as they strive to lead choice-filled lives.
Adrian Ortega, Alumni Careers Associate
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication from Lycoming College, Adrian knew he wanted to return to Noble and give back the knowledge he learned during his time at Pritzker and pass it on to future graduates. Growing up in the Belmont Cragin area, not too many students had the vision to graduate college and find a professional career. That inspired him to transition to the Alumni Career Office to further assist students after college. He is a strong advocate for chasing your dreams and hopes to inspire other Noble alum to do the same.
