Noble parents and guardians, now is the time to share your voices and your opinions with the leadership at Noble Schools.
Noble Schools has launched its Family Experience Survey to better understand the experiences of our families at our schools – what has worked, what needs improvement, and what issues matter to you the most.
“One of the things that became really important to us as we considered what it meant to be antiracist is that we can’t just set our goals and priorities around our student experience and our staff experience. We also have to set goals around our parent and family experience,” says Jennifer Davis, our Head of Strategy and Equity.
Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion at Noble pushes us to consistently listen to all of our stakeholders, including our families. Davis says our parents and guardians are one of our most important partners to help us provide the education and support that our students need. Therefore, the feedback that our parents and guardians give us in this survey will be an integral part of our decision-making as we plan for the next school year.
