‘Tis the season for laughter, family, and joy! Right? Not always! Traditionally, the holidays are a time of year filled with family visits, delicious food, and connecting with friends. However, the holidays are not the happiest of times for some. Instead, they are filled with anxiety, grief, and longing, making this time of year difficult. This can be the case whether you are 12, 32, or 72 years old. Feelings of anxiety and grief know no age. So, what can you do to feel better?
