About – Connie Love

Connie Love is the Assistant Dean of Culture at Baker College Prep. She exhibits great passion and skill in de-escalation, crisis intervention, academic coaching, mentorship and building overall positive student rapport. Connie goes above and beyond to help her students achieve high in their development of character and encourages them to become the best version of themselves, rather in student mediations or in the academic setting as a whole. Connie has been dedicated to serving Noble for 5 consecutive years. When she is not working, Connie enjoys singing, spending time with family and also traveling. Connie believes that there are three kinds of people; those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who say, “What Happened?” (Unknown) Connie always strives to make great things happen for her students and looks forward to the opportunity of The Diverse Leadership Fellowship!
