About – Marcos Xavier Hall

Marcos Xavier Hall (he/they) is a STEM Learning Specialist in his third year at Mansueto High School. Prior to this role, he worked as a Paraprofessional and Teacher Assistant. Marcos received a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition, and is a graduate of the Relay Masters of Arts in Teaching program (class of 2022). In the upcoming school year, he will work as a part-time Case Manager in addition to teaching. Marcos is a proud Afro-Latino who immigrated to the United States from Brazil in 2016. He is passionate about social justice, educational equity and advocacy for people with disabilities including improving postsecondary outcomes. In his free time Marcos enjoys traveling, sports (volleyball and soccer) and learning new languages (he is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish).
